Future Engineers Earning Full Scholarships

DAVIE, FL — A powerful partnership between Do Good 4-1 and Nova High School is changing the trajectory of young men in South Florida turning former student-athletes into industry-certified engineers with full rides to college and high-paying career opportunities.
For years, Do Good 4-1 has worked alongside Nova High to expand access to STEM education, focusing on career pathways, industry certifications, and college readiness. Today, that investment is paying off in a major way.

A group of standout students Jaden, Esmy, Malachi, and Shaun have each earned five or more industry certifications, including credentials from Cisco and CompTIA Security+. In addition, they have qualified for the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship, providing them with a tuition-free college education and significantly reducing the financial burden on their families.
Even more impressive, these young men have already secured job offers exceeding $60,000 annually with organizations such as the Department of Defense before even graduating high school.
What makes their story even more impactful is their journey. All four are former athletes who once competed on the basketball court and football field. They have now applied that same discipline, focus, and teamwork to mastering technology and cybersecurity.

“This is one of the most fulfilling moments in the history of our organization,” said Max Joseph, President and Founder of Do Good 4-1. “To see these young men excel in high school and step into the tech and cybersecurity world with this level of preparation it’s exactly why we do this work.”
The success is also a reflection of strong leadership at Nova High School. Special recognition goes to Principal Ms. Awofadeju for her vision in building a learning environment where students can thrive in a technology-driven economy, and to Cybersecurity & AI Program Director Mr. Abrantes for his commitment to student success and innovation.
As Do Good 4-1 continues to expand its impact, this partnership stands as a model for how communities, schools, and organizations can work together to prepare the next generation for high-demand careers proving that with the right support, opportunity, and mentorship, students can achieve at the highest level.
