Do Good 41 Unveils New Tech Innovation Lab

Miami, FL – Do Good 41, a nonprofit organization founded in 2019, proudly announces the grand opening of its new Tech Innovation Lab a space dedicated to closing the educational opportunity gap for students in high-need communities through hands-on STEM/STEAM education and career development.
As Miami continues its rise as a growing tech hub, Do Good 41 is committed to building a local pipeline of diverse tech talent that will power economic growth and uplift underserved neighborhoods. The launch of the Tech Innovation Lab marks a major step forward in making advanced technology education accessible to youth and families historically excluded from these opportunities.

“At Do Good 41, we believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not,” said Max Joseph, Founder and President. “Too many young people are being left behind in the tech-driven economy simply because they haven’t had access to the skills, mentorship, and confidence-building experiences they need. This lab is designed to change that.”
While Mr. Joseph’s professional accomplishments are indeed impressive for a kid from Little Haiti, he says nothing has been more important than mentoring and working with youth. A God-fearing man, he credits his praying parents for helping shape his success and fueling his passion to give back. “I want to transform our community one student at a time,” Joseph states. His deep personal connection to the mission of Do Good 41 is evident in every aspect of the organization’s work.
As a first-generation American and experienced IT executive, Joseph founded Do Good 41 to empower students to become not just consumers of technology but producers and innovators. Through industry-aligned training, students gain access to pathways leading to high-paying jobs and scholarships in tech fields.
The Tech Innovation Lab will offer training in computer hardware, software development, robotics, digital literacy, and industry certifications. Through in-school and out-of-school programming, the lab serves students from elementary through post-secondary levels.
This milestone has been made possible thanks to key community supporters and partners including Miami-Dade County Commissioner Keon Hardemon, City of Miami Commissioner Christine King, BankUnited’s iCARE Program, Walmart, and others.
