Miami-Dade County, in collaboration with The Carrie Meek Foundation, is pleased to announce the launch of the Supporting Safer Communities Program. This initiative aims to strengthen Miami-Dade’s community-based response to gun violence by providing grants to local organizations dedicated to promoting safety and reducing gun violence. The special ceremony announces the recipients of the Supporting Safer Communities Program 80+ Grantee Award.
