DESCRIPTION:Family Expo\nGet ready\, Miami-Dade County! The Children’s Trust Family Expo is the largest\, free\, family resource event in our community. In 2025\, the Family Expo returned to its roots with one spectacular main held at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition\, as it had for most of its early years. \nThis amazing venue offerered air-conditioning and plenty of space for families to explore and enjoy. They went from one exhibitor to the next\, picking up school supplies\, learning about valuable resources\, and getting information from dozens of Trust-funded providers and other organizations dedicated to children and families. Many of the fun-filled activities that children and families love were still outdoors\, soaking up South Florida’s energizing sunshine. \nThe Expo draws thousands of visitors every year with its excitement\, entertainment\, and resources for everyone who attends. It’s the perfect opportunity for families to come together for a fun-filled day\, while also gathering the supplies they need for a successful school year ahead. \nThe Family Expo is a great opportunity for parents to learn of the various resources and programs available to their children\, including after-school and enrichment programs\, programs for children with special needs\, and public services available to families. \n\n\nSaturday\, August 1\, 2026\, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.\nMiami-Dade County Fair & Exposition\, Arnold Hall\n10901 SW 24th St\, Miami\, FL 33165 Map Link \nFamily Expo and Uber\nThe Children’s Trust Family Expo has partnered with Uber to make getting to the event easier than ever. Attendees can use an Uber Voucher to get to the expo and back home. \n\nSteps to redeem the Uber Voucher code: \n\nDownload/open the Uber app\nGo to the Account section of the Uber app and click on Wallet\nScroll down to “Add Voucher code” and enter code FAMILYEXPO26\n\n* Limited Availability. No cash value. One-time use only. Maximum discount of $15 per redemption. Maximum of 2 trips per account. To redeem discount\, Uber Voucher code FAMILYEXPO26 must be applied to the Payment section of the Uber app prior to requesting the intended trip. Uber Voucher valid on August 1\, 2026\, between 7 AM and 4 PM EST. Uber Voucher expires at 4 PM EST on August 1\, 2026.
